Did you receive a fine whilst you were parked and had an ongoing booking in Gaiyo? First off check if your booking was done correctly.
- Open Gaiyo
- Go to "Transactions" via the menu.
- Check your licence plate number, zone code and time of your parking action.
Submit a notice of objection
Was your parking action correctly registered? Then submit a notice of objection to the municipality. A screenshot of your Gaiyo parking transaction is enough. The handling of additional tax is a matter between you the user, and the municipality in question. Gaiyo cannot mediate in this.
