Click on "Forgot your password?" on the Gaiyo Portal login screen. Enter your e-mail address here and you will immediately receive a temporary login token via email. This login token gives you 20 minutes to enter a new password.
Please note that it is important that you have the tab in which you requested the token open in your browser so that you can enter the token immediately after receiving it.
