If your Gaiyo Card stops working, is defective or has visible damage, please contact Gaiyo customer service at 0900-662 46 49 or email business-support@gaiyo.com.
Upon receipt of your report, we will request a replacement card for you. So during this period, you are temporarily unable to travel with a Gaiyo Card. Please contact your employer about your travel options in the meantime.
