All felyx e-scooters are third-party insured. Within the coverage of this insurance, damage caused by the felyx e-scooter to third parties is insured, with the exception of an excess of a maximum of € 500. The customer himself is liable for the aforementioned excess, liability outside the insurance coverage and damage to the felyx e-scooter itself. If the damage is caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of the customer, the insurance will not provide coverage under any circumstances.
