If you want to make use of the NS-dal discount, the entire train journey must take place during off-peak hours.
The ticket is invalid outside off-peak hours.
Off-peak hours, or off-peak times, are on working days:
- From 12:00 AM to 6:30 AM
- From 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
- From 6:30 pm to midnight
During the weekend and national holidays you can travel all day with a discount.
