You can change a reservation via the MyWheels app and on mywheels.nl/en. You can change the start time of your reservation until it has started. Click on the time you want to change and select the desired start or end time.
If you still want to book another car, you can cancel the current reservation. You can cancel a ride until the start time using the Cancel button in the reservation. There is no charge for this. Once the ride has started you can only end it, cancellation is no longer possible.
What is the cost of canceling my ride?
If you have not yet paid for your reservation, there is no cancellation fee.
After payment, you can cancel until the ride begins. Do you have a Plus or Pro subscription? Then cancellation is free.
Don't have a subscription? If you cancel 24 hours before the ride starts or earlier, you pay no cancellation fee. If you cancel within 24 hours before the ride starts, you pay 10 euros cancellation fee per reserved day.
