Renting a moped is easy! All you need is the Gaiyo app.

Open the Gaiyo app and select a moped.

The app navigates you to your reserved moped. If you are close (<100 meters) you can unlock the moped with your app. After unlocking, your ride begins.

Remove the moped from the stand and press and hold the green button for 2 seconds.

You can now drive away - enjoy your ride!

When you have arrived at your destination, end your trip via the app. Fold out the side stand to park the moped.
Make sure that the parked moped does not cause any hindrance.
