If the tank is less than a quarter full, it's time to refuel. If you don't do this, you risk a fine. When you put the car back, the tank should be at least a quarter full. There is a fuel card in every car. This can be used to pay for the refueling. So you do not pay separately for these fuel costs.
- Take the charging card from the on-board computer. We show the pin of the fuel card on the details screen. The cars run on petrol, only the Caddy van runs on diesel.
- Enter the mileage on the screen.
Open the fuel cap by first turning the key half a turn to the left, and then turning the cap counterclockwise. - At an unmanned station, first enter your debit card and follow the steps. Choose 'NO' for alternative transport. Fill the car completely with the correct fuel. You need the correct mileage for this.
- At a manned station, you first fill up with the correct fuel and then pay inside with your fuel card. You also need the correct mileage for this.
- Close the fuel cap and put the fuel card back in the on-board computer.
