My Greenwheels car's designated location is occupied: where should I park?

If your Greenwheels car’s designated location is occupied, here’s what to do:

1. Park the car as close to the "original" parking space as possible. Do not park in a disabled parking space, cab stand, loading and unloading area, or on the pavement.

2. If you’re parking in a paid zone, check the permit information in the car folder to verify that you’re in the right zone.

3. Always call customer service immediately to report where you left the car. This way we can inform any drivers who have booked after you plus the municipality.
