If you make sure the Donkey shared bike is always locked when not in use and use the supplied chain as extra security at night, we hope that won't happen.
If the Donkey shared bike is still stolen, please contact Donkey Republic as soon as possible. Donkey Republic will search for the bike for 30 days. If it is not found, Donkey Republic will replace the shared bike. A fee of €180 will be charged for the replacement of the shared bicycle if no insurance has been taken out during the booking.
